I was looking into possibly living the "snowbird dream life" and getting a winter property in Delray Beach. I have a friend currently living in the area and honed in on two locations near Atlantic Ave. While I was visiting, I met with Kristi who had set up several properties in my specific areas. Since I was only there a short time she was able to confirm about 7 locations to see in one visit. She showed up on time and gave me some info on the benefits of the area and what I should consider should I decide to take the plunge. She was very professional in her interactions and even gave me an idea of possibly using the property as a rental/investment till I'm ready to spend more time there myself. We went into the process knowing that there could be a lot of moving parts, unexpected challenges, and stressful moments along the way. Fortunately, our experience turned out to be extremely positive, and we couldn't be happier with the way everything was handled by Kristi from beginning to end. From our very first interaction, we felt that we were working with someone who genuinely cared about helping us rather than simply trying to complete a transaction. That distinction made a tremendous difference. We never felt pressured to make a decision before we were ready, and we always felt that our questions, concerns, and priorities were being taken seriously. One of the things that stood out most to us was the level of communication throughout the entire process. The process involves an incredible number of details, deadlines, documents, appointments, inspections, negotiations, and decisions. It can quickly become overwhelming, particularly when you're trying to balance the search with everything else going on in your life. We always felt like we knew what was happening, what needed to happen next, and what we needed to do. Whenever we had a question, we received a timely response.
