Joan Richardson
Joan Richardson’s real estate expertise has encompassed many facets during her 22+ year career. As the District Sales Manager for the Boca Raton offices, Joan’s passion for excellence is evident in every aspect of her sales management. Joanie is known to be a “hands on” manager that is approachable and available to her agents. She excels in strategic planning, growth, emerging technology, sales and marketing. She personally leads training for both new and experienced agents; always searching for new information to add value. In addition to Joan’s management talents, she is a certified Relocation Specialist and REO/Short Sale expert. Prior to Joan’s leadership of the Boca Raton office, she was the District Sales Manager for the Wellington location. She also held positions as Assistant District Sales Manager, Technology Trainer and New Agent Mentor. In 2018, The Keyes Company introduced the Ninja Selling program to it’s managers. Not only did Joan embrace the system but through her guidance, the Boca branch emerged as the top “Ninja”office within the company. The performance metrics have demonstrated the significant increase in agent achievement and volume. This was not only due to course participation, but the weekly skills classes that Joan instituted for the past three years. Accordingly, the Boca Raton branch continues to be in the top quartile of all Keyes offices year to year. Her growth strategy and managerial style are key components to her success. Joan is originally from Annapolis, MD and has been a South Florida resident for 46 years. She is a dog lover, enjoys boating, good wine, spending time with her husband, daughter, son in law and granddaughter.
